Background
Dating back to 1991, when for the first time being introduced to Edamame or Green Soy Bean business, research and experimental farming then organized. It was then found out that Ryokkoh and KV23 varieties are the best matched varieties can be planted in the area.
In 1993, edamame export to Japan began. The increasing popularity of soy bean nutritional and medical value is currently driving high demand of this vegetable. This green bean soy bean is currently achieving great attention in US market as well as international market.
To meet the market demands, technologies both in farming and processing are continually upgraded. Professional people fill in the key position to ensure the high quality products leave our manufacturers.
